Community

The church of St. John's is not just a building. We are a community of faith that happen to gather at a specific location each Sunday. Every Sunday and in all our community activities, we come together to form the body of Christ at St. John's.

St. Paul teaches us that we are all members of the one body of Christ. This means that while we form one faith community, we are also part of a greater community of believers: the Diocese of Huron, the Anglican Church of Canada and the holy catholic (universal) church.

Our members meet not only on Sundays but throughout the week for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we gather for worship, educational opportunities, prayer, dinners and sometimes just for the fellowship of other Christians.

We strive to support each other in ministry, in prayer, in fellowship and in the ups and downs of daily life.
